AI Product Analyst - Clinical Guidance | MEDvidi

MEDvidi is a US-based AI-powered mental healthcare platform helping patients across 30+ states receive treatment for ADHD, anxiety, depression, and other mental health conditions.

We're looking for an AI Product Analyst to join our Clinical Guidance team and help us build smarter products and AI-powered tools for healthcare providers.

The team focuses on improving clinical workflows, reducing administrative workload, and helping providers make better decisions while spending more time with patients.

This is a product-focused analytical role. We're looking for someone who can go beyond dashboards and reporting - understand user problems, formulate and validate hypotheses, explore product behavior, and turn data into actionable product decisions.

What you'll work on

• Product analytics for clinician-facing products and workflows
• Building and validating product hypotheses using data
• Analyzing how healthcare providers interact with product and AI-powered features
• Identifying friction points and opportunities to improve clinical workflows
• Defining metrics and analytical frameworks for new product initiatives
• Evaluating the quality and effectiveness of AI/LLM-powered features
• Investigating user behavior, product performance, and unexpected patterns
• Translating analytical findings into concrete product recommendations
• Working closely with Product, Engineering, AI, and Operations teams

What we expect

• 3+ years of commercial experience as a Product Analyst
• Strong product thinking and ability to connect data with user and business problems
• Hands-on experience formulating and validating product hypotheses
• Strong SQL skills, including JOINs, CTEs, and window functions
• Python for analytical investigations and data exploration
• Experience with BI tools such as Looker, Tableau, Power BI, Metabase, or similar
• Practical experience working with AI/ML/LLM-powered products or features
• Ability to independently investigate ambiguous product problems and turn findings into decisions
• Fluent Russian and English B2+
• CET-overlapping working hours

Nice to have

• Experience analyzing LLM-based products, AI assistants, recommendations, RAG, prompts, or AI agents
• Experience evaluating AI outputs and product quality
• Experience working in fast-moving startup or scale-up environments
• Experience with healthcare, clinical, or other complex operational products
