Vacancy: Python Software Engineer Senior (Refactoring Stream)
Company: International Finance Broker
Employment contract: remote working, outside Russia | fulltime
Salary: up to 5500 usd per month net
Project: Crypto payment platform
Stack: Python, Celery, Django/DRF, Django ORM, REST, Unit Tests, Integration Tests, RabbitMQ, CI/CD, MySQL 8+, PostgreSQL 15+, Redis
Will do
- To programming in Python;
- To ensure all appropriate documentation of processes and source code is created and maintained;
- To validate business and system requirements from Product - Managers & Architects to transfer requirements into code;
- To participate in expert level troubleshooting and resolve bugs through root cause analysis, data and system investigation;
- To communicate effectively with colleagues, leaders, and customers throughout the organization.

Required
- From 3 years strong proficiency in the Python programming with a solid understanding of its core concepts and idiomatic usage and the principles of writing concurrent code;
- From 1 year of experience working with the Django/DRF framework and excellent knowledge of Django ORM;
- Strong skills in code profiling and debugging;
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to analyze complex technical issues;
- Experience in writing unit tests and integration tests;
- Experience working with message brokers and a deep understanding of how they operate;
- Experience with external caching servers;
- Advanced understanding of microservices architecture design principles;
- Experience working with MySQL 8+ or PostgreSQL 15+ databases, understanding of isolation levels and query optimization techniques;
- Deep knowledge of the principles and experience with Celery, RabbitMQ and Redis.
- Experience with other programming languages and technologies (e.g., PHP, Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus.
Preferably
- Understanding of REST concepts;
- Deep understanding of CI/CD;
