Middle Technical Support Engineer L2/L3 at Finom

What We’re Looking For
You’re comfortable chatting in English (B2-C1) and excited to connect with our clients.
You have a genuine interest in the fintech
You know your way around a DBMS (we use PostgreSQL) and can whip up some queries.
You’ve used Jira or any other task tracker before.
You’ve got a good grasp of HTTP protocols.
If you have some basic programming skills, that’s a huge bonus!
Work Setup: Full-time, based in Paphos, Cyprus (we offer fully remote or hybrid options if you prefer!).
