Job Description
We are hiring a Rust Engineer to design, build, and optimize blockchain applications. The role includes developing smart contracts, integrating with multiple platforms, and ensuring code quality and system performance in a remote, full-time environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain blockchain applications in Rust.
- Optimize and test smart contracts for performance and security.
- Integrate with blockchain platforms (Polkadot, Solana, Near).
- Design system architecture and evaluate solutions.
- Conduct testing, debugging, and performance improvements.
- Participate in planning and time estimation.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience with Rust.
- Strong knowledge of blockchain technologies and ecosystems.
- Experience with Polkadot, Solana, or Near.
- Solid grasp of algorithms, data structures, and testing practices.
- English level: Intermediate or higher.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with WebAssembly, Solidity, or Move.
- Knowledge of Docker and CI/CD workflows.
- Understanding of cryptography and consensus mechanisms.
- Contributions to open-source projects.
