Job Description
An international product IT holding is seeking a Lead Blockchain Developer to join its Cyprus-based team. The company builds global digital communication tools, payment integrations, and user-centric products. The role involves leading blockchain development, managing integrations, and mentoring engineers.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and lead blockchain integration strategy and execution
- Manage and develop a team of blockchain engineers
- Design and maintain transaction indexers and translators for BTC, ETH, TRON, BNB, TON, LTC, etc.
- Develop scalable backend services in TypeScript (Nest.js) and/or Go
- Implement monitoring, alerts, and SLO/SLI for blockchain operations
- Ensure transaction integrity, access control, and data security
- Conduct code reviews, mentor engineers, and support team growth
Qualifications
- 3+ years in backend development and 3+ years in blockchain projects
- Strong understanding of blockchain APIs and networks
- Hands-on experience with web3.js or ethers.js
- Proficiency in TypeScript (Nest.js) and/or Go
- Experience with nodes, RPC/REST/gRPC APIs
- Expertise in PostgreSQL, ORM, and query optimization
- Solid background in testing and QA processes
- Proven leadership and mentoring experience
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience building blockchain indexers and financial transaction systems
- Familiarity with security and audit procedures in crypto infrastructure
