Job Description
Join Metrix Finance to enhance platform performance, fix bugs, and implement new features. The role offers exposure to subgraphs, APIs, smart contract integrations, and collaborative work on scalable Web3 solutions. Ideal for developers ready to level up in DeFi and fullstack blockchain development.
Key Responsibilities
- Fix existing bugs and improve UI/UX.
- Implement new technologies (subgraphs, substreams).
- Develop new platform features and protocol integrations.
- Create data retrieval/indexing solutions (contracts, APIs, subgraphs).
- Collaborate with team members, participate in code reviews and architecture discussions.
- Stay updated on blockchain security and trends.
- Provide daily progress updates.
Qualifications
- Hands-on Web3 development experience and DeFi knowledge.
- Background in SaaS development.
- Proficient in JavaScript / TypeScript.
- Familiar with Web3 tools (Ethers.js, Web3.js, Viem).
- Understanding of Next.js, TailwindCSS, PostgreSQL, Prisma.
- Knowledge of Web3 data access (API, subgraphs, RPC).
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with smart contracts (EVM / Solana).
- Familiarity with subgraphs and data caching.
- Strong math/technical background.
- Personally engaged in DeFi.
- Experience with Wagmi hooks.
