Art Director
Responsibilities
- Participate in client briefings
- Collaborate with the team to solve creative challenges and make clear creative decisions
- Guide and review the team's creative work
- Present creative concepts to clients
- Lead multiple projects simultaneously
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as an Art Director or Senior Designer in branding
- A strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in brand identity and visual communication
- A sharp eye for typography, layout, and detail
- Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite
- Excellent presentation and communication skills with both clients and internal teams
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
- Confidence in giving and receiving constructive creative feedback
Nice to have
- Experience working with international or multi-market clients
- Experience with Al tools, motion design, or 3D
- Experience contributing to new business, pitches, and workshops
