Job Description: You will lead the backend team and take ownership of technical excellence. The role combines hands-on architecture design with team management and process optimization.

Key Responsibilities: — Lead the dev team and planning. — Design Python app architecture. — Manage code reviews and standards. — Support and develop CI/CD. — Mentor and hire new engineers. — Solve complex high-load issues.

Qualifications: — 7+ years of Python experience. — 2+ years in Team Lead roles. — Expertise: FastAPI and SQLAlchemy. — Deep Postgres & MVCC knowledge. — Proficiency: Docker and Kubernetes. — Async and Multithreading mastery. — Clean Arch, DDD, SOLID expertise. — Russian language (C1+).

Nice to have: — AWS, GCP, or Azure experience. — Kafka, Spark, and Big Data. — Prometheus, Grafana, Sentry.
