Data collection

URLs are not uploaded to FuriaHub. Cleaning uses bundled local rules only.

Preferences, allowlists, and optional strip counters are stored in chrome.storage.local.

storage, tabs, webNavigation, contextMenus, and host access as needed to rewrite navigations and links.
