Recruiter Junior+

About the role
PLATA is looking for Junior+ Recruiters to join its Talent Acquisition team. You’ll support the full recruitment cycle, working closely with hiring managers and experienced recruiters while developing your sourcing and interviewing skills.
Responsibilities
- Support end-to-end recruitment within your hiring stream.
- Proactively source candidates via LinkedIn, GetMatch and other platforms.
- Conduct initial interviews and coordinate the hiring process.
- Build and maintain candidate pipelines.
- Partner with hiring managers and the stream lead on hiring decisions.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience.
- Track recruitment metrics and maintain accurate ATS data.
Requirements
- 1+ year of recruitment experience.
- Experience with sourcing tools such as LinkedIn, GetMatch or similar platforms.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Motivation to grow within recruitment.
- English B2+ for communication with an international team.
