Senior Manager Tax

What We Look For
-7+ years of progressive corporate tax experience, combining Big 4 or top-tier public accounting with high-growth corporate tax environments.
-Active CPA license preferred.
-Deep technical knowledge of ASC 740, US GAAP financial reporting, and corporate federal/state tax compliance.
-Strong technical interest or direct experience in fintech, debt/lending instruments, digital assets, or blockchain-based financial products.
-Proven ability to work with large, complex financial datasets and leverage technology to automate workflows.
-A "high-ownership" mindset with a track record of driving projects from inception to completion as a self-starter.
-Excellent communication and translation skills—the ability to clearly articulate complex tax risks and concepts to non-tax stakeholders, leadership, and auditors.
-Adhere to all company security policies and data handling procedures.
-Complete mandatory security awareness training within required timeframes.
-Promptly report any suspected security incidents or suspicious activity to the Security team.
