PROJECT MANAGER (LOW-VOLTAGE & SMART BUILDING SYSTEMS) | Paphos
Paphos, Cyprus
INEX Group is looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our team in Paphos.
We are looking for someone who can take ownership of low-voltage and smart building projects from planning through installation, commissioning and final handover. This is a hands-on role with regular involvement on project sites.
What you’ll do
- Manage project timelines, budgets and resources
- Coordinate clients, engineers, contractors and suppliers
- Review technical documentation, drawings and specifications
- Oversee installation works and equipment deliveries
- Coordinate commissioning and functional testing
- Manage project changes, risks and deadlines
What we’re looking for
- Hands-on project management experience specifically in low-voltage / ELV, smart building or building engineering systems
- Experience delivering projects involving systems such as CCTV, access control, structured cabling, BMS, KNX, AV or building automation
- Experience working on construction or fit-out projects, coordinating installation teams, subcontractors and suppliers on site
- Good understanding of the full project lifecycle — from technical planning and procurement to installation, commissioning and handover
- Ability to read technical drawings and documentation and understand what is actually happening on site
- Experience working directly with clients and taking ownership of project delivery, timelines and budget
- Good English for professional communication and technical documentation
- Willingness to work regularly on project sites and travel when required
