Til-Qazyna develops digital and AI infrastructure for the Kazakh language, including linguistic tools, corpora, and open-source models.

Responsibilities

• Fine-tune and evaluate open-source Kazakh LLMs using LoRA, QLoRA, and PEFT.
• Develop NLP components such as morphological analyzers, lemmatizers, tokenizers, and terminology parsers.
• Build text-crawling, cleaning, deduplication, synthetic-data, and dataset-curation pipelines.
• Deploy NLP models as Docker/FastAPI services and optimize inference.

Requirements

• 1+ years’ NLP, AI, or machine-learning engineering experience.
• Knowledge of Transformers, embeddings, tokenization, PyTorch, Hugging Face, and Scikit-learn.
• Experience preprocessing structured and unstructured text.
• Practical Docker, Linux, and Git skills.
• Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or Applied Mathematics.
