What You’ll Build
Systems that can
take an idea + media as input
analyze and structure content
orchestrate AI agents
generate narrative logic
select visuals/music
apply rhythm-based editing logic
produce structured video outputs
You’ll work on pipelines involving

What We’re Looking For
Someone who
has solid hands-on experience with n8n
understands AI agents / tool-calling / orchestration
can quickly integrate APIs
writes practical Python/JS
thinks pragmatically (“vibe coding” mindset)
has creative intuition
You should genuinely understand
pacing
rhythm
music structure
timing
montage logic
emotional impact of edits
You should be able to say
“this cut feels wrong”
and know how to fix it.
Ideal Candidate
build systems, but think like a creator
are comfortable in ambiguity
enjoy solving non-obvious problems
combine logic + taste
shape outcomes, not just execute tasks
