What we know

The DDoS began at 03:38 CEST Monday against infrastructure operated by Digdir and Vivicta.
ID-porten and eSignering were partly inaccessible.
Digdir director Frode Danielsen said there was no breach and no compromise of personal data.
It is the third recent DDoS after incidents in June and on August 3.
Altinn and Skatteetaten posted login warnings; NSM and Datatilsynet were notified.
