• 2+ years of experience in HR operations or administration
• Experience managing high-volume onboarding/offboarding cases
• Proficient with HRIS systems (BambooHR preferred)
• Solid skills in Notion for task management and automation
• Strong analytical skills for reports and dashboards
• Highly organized and detail-oriented
• Strong cross-functional communication skills
• Advanced English (C1+) and fluent Russian
